Borrowed my moms camera that is Crappola. The pics are not hte greatest since I took the pics at 9 after getting back from the what we thought was labor sacre last night and the glass needed cleaning.
I started feeding angel formula with sponges everyday now. Its really making his colors take off. I was feeding every other day. I need to scrape my front glass. That camera really makes it rear its ugly head. Yuck. My goby jumped to his doom. My sand is ugly LOL.
Mine is starting to change also I think. Getting a touch of Yellow in his sides and also the white on top is getting deeper like the adults. Will post pics later if I can find were wife hid the freaking camera.
I wish mine would progress to adult colors. I've had him for about 4 months and he's 6" he's got the yellow coming in and I'm feeding him sponge based foods several times a week. My wife says she see's him changing but not as fast as your's is. Oh well I guess they just go at their own pace.
Matt
My Lfs just got one in that is the same size as mine but fully changed over. He was with a same sized blue face who had changed as well. My Lfs has 75 gallon holding tanks.Great for fish dumb to catch
well I sold the little guy today. I think im done with the tanks for a while. I have a new hobby now. I put everything up for sale last night. Im going to go back to the 75 and just keep it like that. Him and the kole tang are gone. I got $150 for both which I thought was very very fair. He has a bigger tank than i wanna keep running. I was very sad to see him go. I will keep the biColor and clowns.
He is going to a good guy. They dude was really excited. He took my Kole tang as well. They were buddies as you can see in the pics. They sawm every where together. Im a little bummed out but its okay. I moved the trigger back to the 75. Will sell him here soon and turn my 75 in a mixed reef set up. Some stuff hopefully my Bicolor will not eat. I really want some leathers maybe an anemone and a clam.
Keeping the 75 and keeping the clowns and BiColor. The BiColor will be the main fish. Im just trying to figure what other fish to place in the 75 now. Its so empty.
Also what lights to run.
Them emp was actually a lot smaller than i though. He was a good 3 and 3/4 of an inch and thats all. I thought he was much bigger or maybe i wished he was. I think that is great color change by him then. In the future I will re do a bigger set up and get the true fish I want. Just right now Im not into dont have the room and my snake passion is growing.
ahh i cant wait to get my emp
when i went to LFS earlier in the week to check up on him he started to change, the dorsal fin is starting to fade
its a shame you sold him tho, but im sure one day you'll get another
Oh man, Sorry to hear that you sold the Emp. That was a stunning fish. So your making the 75 a reef tank, good luck.
So you like snakes, how many do you have-?
