My first "6 pack" pics

My tank is only 10 months old, and I have made many mistakes along the way. I have learned alot from the users of this board. Some have had harsh comments, some incouraged, but the end result has been worth it all. I just learned to listen/read, and keep my opinions to myself.
So,,,for what its worth....this is my tank I`m proud of even tho its wayyyyyy from "correct" in the eyes of those able to run right out and pay big dollars for what their system needs. I have Power Compacts,,not Metal Halide,,,I use Distilled water,,,not RO....I fight hair algae and KNOW why...in time that will change. Hopefully so will the harsh comments from the "professionals" here.

Hard to argue with success... beautiful, nice job. Keep in mind that even the harshest critics here have the best intentions. Keep up the good work.

Very nice tank...unless you where driving nails with a hammer coral i would disregaurd the bad comments. Your tank looks great!
I see your in North GA. If you want to do some coral swapping it would be short drive or cheap shipping. Just mail me.

Sheree it looks great:D I especially love the gorg too. I haven't bought one yet. Mind sharing how long you've had yours and how it acts like polyp extension always sometimes, what kind of flow. It looks so pretty, it all does.

Sheree,
I remember a while ago you were getting into seahorses, how is that venture coming. I have been thinking about dwarfs for one of my tanks.
Best wishes, and the tank looks good.

Thank you everyone!!!! I certainly appreciate the compliments. It makes all the failure/investment/shame/and pride a much more possitive experience.
Kelly,,,yep,,the seahorses are doing fine also. I have a 5 & 1/2gal nano ranch for the dwarves(a dozen more due to come this week). I have given a few to my LFS for a counter display tank:D
I have 1 large horse in a 10gal..doing great as well.
Overanalyzer & Wrasscal,,thnx about the gorg. I have had the red gorg since March 1st. It was doubtfull at first...and it never opened its polyps the first month.So....I fragged it. 3 small branches snipped off...now the main gorg & the three little ones open beautifully. They may close a few times a day, but the majority of the day they are fully open. I target feed them DT`s every other day.Medium current..keep debris off limbs.
(its also not true about exposing a gorg to air)...had the main out of water for 5 minutes fragging it.
The...youngins
