My first clam

Just wanted to share. My first clam. Pic doesn't do it justice. Awesome looking Derasa. :joy:

sweet! i wanted one of those, but i only had a 40 breder and i didnt want to give it up later. but i have a crocea, so i am pleanty happy with it

what kind of lights do yo have on it? I have t-5's and I wanted to give it a shot.

I don't have halides but I have an Orbit Extreme that's putting out almost 10 watts per gallon. I have some acropora frags in the same tank and they've been doing great. Not the growth I would have with halides of course but they are healthy and look sweet.

that thing is a beats, very beautiful, how big is it?

It's only about 3" so it has a lot of growing to do. Would love to get a maxima too but I think I'll see how I do with this one first.
