make sure his tank mates are big enough not to become meals and if he rejects frozen food dont worry hes probably not sick he just wants live food. if he will only eat live food hes probably a wild caught fish and you'll need to make sure to keep your water quality high. if the LFS you go to now doesnt sell silver side minnos im sure you can find one that does. just buy like 30 at a time and put them in a little net or something in the top corner of the tank and let 3 or 4 out every 2 to 4 days. then try to give him some dead silver sides this way he may learn to eat frozen food. it worked for me.

also dont pair this fish with any triggers even the least aggressive triggers like to pick on lionfish despite the fact that their venomous.
