well got my ric's i ordered from this site with a buddy of mine. I ordered 5 grn. ricordia polyps. I am a little dissatified...first of all, they are exteremely small, and secondly, they arent the same color as they are in the pictures. I realize that the colors change under different lights, but these are just too brown. Just thought I would let others know that are thinking of ordering. Need to vent a little after spending $40 on something that is less than an inch in size.

I ordered one of these about a month ago. It was darker than I expected but it has already turned a brighter green and more than doubled in size under T-5 lighting. The first pic was taken 4 days ago under regular lights and the 2nd pic was taken a few minutes ago under the actinic lights.

I have placed over $300 in goods over the past month. It is awesome. I did have some stuff that croaked out and they replaced it on my next order.. Yes the frags are a little small, actually i have the same frag that you have pictured here.. after it was acclimated it opened right up and looks great.. just give it some time.. it will look awesome..

that is one thing about rics...no 2 look the same. Thats why they are so nice, you can get 20 of them and they will all have different shapes and tints to them.
Like the other said, wait a bit before getting upset. I have rics from here that were about the size of a dime when they came to me and now after a couple of months, they are about 2" across and beautiful.

lol.
I find these threads hilarious.
Fishes and other living creations are DELICATE. It takes time for them to bounce back. It depends on you acclimating them and the QUALITY of your tank.
Especially corals, they aren't as delicate as fish.

Some of my ugliest purchases were swans in disguise. And then some of the most beautiful corals look great at the lfs, but nasty in my tank. Aslo, lighting makes a huge difference in color.
