OK............Here I go..............This is my first salt water tank ever and I have to admit it has taken me over!!!!!!!!! I started out wanting a small tank for my "chill room" and ended up making it a major project (for me anyway).......Im gonna post all my pics and I'm lookin for some feedback.........Tear it up!!!!!!

This is the area I started with. I didnt take any pictures of the demo or building of the custom cabinet but it was a challenge.

Terrible pic but its all I have of the cabinet before its totally finished

I built a PVC frame that you'll see in on of the previous pics..........I did this to help keep the rocks off the bottom and off the back of the tank..........I was pretty easy to do...............about $20 worth of PVC from Home Depot....something to cut it with.......and glue............thats it..........just imagine..............when I fist started getting into this hobby I saw a tank with a "rock wall" and decided I had to have one!!!!!!!!

when I built the PVC frame I connected the back to the base on about a 30 degree angle........so the rocks rested in place........it worked out pretty well but it can still be a pain in the ass some times because I dont like any of the white (from the frame) showing..........O yea........thanks for the great feedback!!!!!!!!!!!

That looks really good. It would be perfect if you could find a way to hide the PVC bridge in the middle. I hope you keep us updated as it grows.
How are your maroon and percula clown fish getting along? My perculas killed a maroon I added last year. First the maroon attacked them, and then they let him have it until his fins were gone.

Every time the algae starts to grow on the pvc to hide it a snail comes along and eats it all away..........they havent learned the rules yet

My clowns seem to leave one another alone..........I think there is so much of a size difference that they arent threatened by one another............
I'll keep u posted!!!!!!! Thanks for the feedback!!
