I've had my tank for a while but haven't gotten it started... been reading and getting all the necessities. Well I finished all the buying yesterday and started the project today. Plumbing and Sump was on the agenda. The sump is all done and waiting to eat dinner before I finish the plumbing. Here are pics of the sump... easy and a pain at the same time. I bought a 30L initially and found out that its 1/2" to long for the bowfront stand so I went with a 29.
p.s. the lil stand is so I can heighten my skimmer and give me move volume in the fuge part.
Hope there are no leaks.....................

Since I only glued up ******** walls do you think I have to wait the full 24 hours before adding water...............?

I think the wait is more like 2-3 days isnt it?
Read the isntructions on the glue.
You want it to be fully cured before you add water, so you dont leak toxins into your tank.

its fully "cured" in 24 hours. But its full strength in 48. So 24 would prolly be safe than

id wait the 48 if it says full strenght then. thats what i would call fully cured. it could leak small amounts of chemicals into the water if its not at full strenght. i wouldnt risk it to save a day or two.
