Welcome to the site...bummer about the fish. You do need a hospital tank, to do hypo. Sounds like your fish have ich.
With no hospital tank, you can't really do anything. When the fish die, let the tank sit fish free for 6 to 8 weeks without any fish for the parasite to die off.
You can try not stressing the fish, and give them chunks of raw shrimp soaked in fresh garlic juice. They might be able to fight off the parasite and live. However any fish you add will be stressed and by sheer numbers kill all the fish anyway. So you can't add any more fish.

Have you looked through the diseased fish section to identify what it is that they have? It could be ich, brooklynella or lymphocytis.

You can't just hold them in a net indefinitely......the stress alone of that will surely kill them
either set up a hospital tank, or let them go free.....if it is ich you have to treat the other fish anyhow
