My fish aren't Growing!!

I purchased a yellow tang and 4 yellow wrasses and a few other fish from saltwaterfish.com about a year ago and none of them have grown. I was told by a local that it is prob because they were poisoned with cyanide. Has anyone else had this problem?

How big is your tank? And more than likely if the fish were poisoned they wouldn't be alive a year later. Only about 1% of all fished poisoned w/ Potassium Cyanide live, if that much. Not to mention Saltwaterfish.com is a very reputable place to order fish. TJ

Also, what are you feeding them? Are you using Zoe to soak your foods in?

I have a 50 gal tank and I feed them a flake food combination given to me by a lfs. I went in and asked how big my y tang should be and they were shocked that it was only about 3" long after a year. I have not lost any fish and have not had any diseases. Water condtions are fine. Any other ideas?

I've never been a big fan about flake foods for saltwater fish. I always use Seaweed selects for Tangs and a combination of frozen foods like Mysid and brine shrimp and squid. TJ

every now and then provide it some sort of greens tuff (like lettuce). Also what tj has suggested.
