my fish has the red splotches but theres no treatment explanations

hes a iridas wrasse he is dark red so its hard to see buti think his underside is turning red and his back fin is startiongto turn red but idunnoif its just him growing up and gettingbigger

I realy cannot see anything in the picture. How long have you had this fish? Is it behaving differently in any way? How do your other fish look?

there fine he just has more red on his underside than normal and since i got him he somtimes scratches himself on the lr but not excessively i dunno maby hesjust getting bigger ive had him 2 mths at least
