Ok so about a week ago I noticed that my fish had spots on their bodies and fins. I did some research and found out it was most likely ich. I bought this stuff called ich attack its 100% organic and claims to be reef safe. My puffer seems to be getting better but my angel is losing color and not eating and also still has the white spots. What can I do?

if you are sure it is ick, you can do a freshewater dip, the parasites will fall right off of him. but it is a little stressful for the fish, it's best done right when you notice it. if it's a bad case, you might wantn to consider something else.
do you have a quarentine tank? if so, you could slowly reduce the salinty, the parasites can't take low salinty. but you can't do that in the main tank, would have to be a hospital tank.

Freshwater dips will not work for ich. The trophonts can burrow under the slime layer of the fish and not be affected by the lower salinity. This only puts the already ill fish under more stress.
Hyposalinity and copper are the only reliable treatments for ich.

sigh, too late he already died. I hope the puffer makes it. He had more white spots on him now though, and he is scratching alot. How does ich get into the tank? I had the fish for about 3 weeks and no problems all of a sudden I had ich.

Saltwater ich has to be introduced into a tank (usually on an infected fish). The disease has a long enough lifecycle with many stages not visible which is why it is recommended to quarantine for 3 weeks minimum.
