My FREE Purple Tunicate :)

here is a picture of the purple tunicate that came with my orange fiji zoanthids, so far it has survived the shipment, I found sundial snails on the zoas...FW dipped them...they have been in a 10G tank under common fluorescents for 10 days...they are now finally in the 225G

I hope this thing lives.....I don't know if there is anything I should do for it

Man, I never get anything cool like that for a hitchhiker. I think they need allot of food so you might try spot feeding.
I found a little info:
all tunicates they require live phytoplankton or a bit of "marine snow". Similar care requirements of non-photosynthetic gorgonians and thus require a bit of TLC.

HMMMM....I have some of the ones that just pop up in our tanks....this one is a neat looking though.....
I do have some of that type of liquid food....I could squirt some at it I guess

Are you hipping the refresh button every minute like I am? Soooo bored, 5 more minutes and laundry will be done and I can go out...

LOL..yup......I did w/c's in all 4 tanks between yesterday nad today....waiting patiently for the YANKEE game...2 more hours
