My Green Chromis is CONSTIPATED!

I have been feeding them Formula One.... Bloodworms.... Brine Shrimp.... and flakes. What should I do?
I also have Formula Two, but have not tried it yet.

His poop was coming out for 12 hours! It was about as long as him. Anyway, the poopy is gone now. Yay!
