My Hairy Mushroom

This thing was all but "DEAD" down to just a little nub on the rock before I moved the rock to the top of my tank with a little better waterflow... It's now a very happy, healthy (I hope) inhabitant of my 46 Gal Bowfront...

Just busted the Camera Out (and cleaned the tank), so I wanted to post some pics..

I have the 36" 2x96W Coralife LUNAR Aqualight Deluxe Series 1x Actinic and 1x 10,000K, 2x 3/4W Blue LEDs.... I originally was going to do FOWLR and didn't want to shell out $500 for MH lights, but have added a couple medium light corals and they are doing pretty well (Button Polyp, Xenia, Yellow Colony Polyp, etc.)...
If I had to do it over, I kind of wish I'd just gotten the Better lights up front and wouldn't have had to be so picky on the low/med light corals, but for now it's still all good!

looks nice. Of the mushrooms I have, the hairy are the ones that do better under brighter lights. In your case closer to the lights.
