MY lettuce nudibrach Chopped in half!!!

He got sucked up the return from the refuge to the main display,
Found him half his size on a rock and is still alive and eating...
Is he a goner or will he regrow seeing that they are photosynthetic
and contain algae much like corals??????:notsure:

He'll grow back from the half with the head on it. I dropped a rock on mine once, chopped him right in half. Within about a month he was back to normal.

i got 2 of those for 1.99 and now i have 1 full nudibranch and 1 with only a head movin around.
i dont know what happened to mine but hes jus a head and he already grew back his antennea.
