He will pass the 1 yr mark this week.
All is well. He gracefully moves all over the tank. Once in awhile he puts a tenticle or 2 over my jawfishes cave and gets head butted onto his back
Its kinda fun watching, he works his way back over and moves on.

Yes, hes in my 150. One reason for my success is a large tank with lots of LR. I also believe my hubby has something to do with it being healthy. He worked for a LFS until afew weeks ago, and practices what he preaches, pristine water conditions always! I also think my success is how we got him. He was brought into the LFS by a customer who was breaking down his tank, and was still in the bag when we took him home. One less acclaimation, and we did about a 4 hr drip.

I though those stars ate coral.
Can they eat your fish? Are the other color linkas just as well behaved as yours?

Good luck with yours, here is mine...

HMMMMMMMMMMM now I wonder if that’s what keeps happening to my clown eggs

How did you come up with this theory? did you witness this going on?
I have my linka still after about 9 months. My clowns lay eggs and are soon gone.
Now my curiosity is peaked, ophuira anything about this?

It wouldn't surprise me at all...the question could be whether it is natural diet, or whether it is "induced" behavior from the conditions it is in. But overall, it would not surprise me at all...however, all manner of other things are also likely to try and eat them as well.

Since I have nothing to back any theory up, but I wonder if this diet would be a supportive diet.
My clowns make egg nest all the time and fight off contenders but my linka has no marks or damage. Secondly shows no signs of deteriorating, not that I know what to look for but the basic signs.
All I know is I’m going to have to watch the eggs now, like I have to watch my sponge that it eats off of.
