My Neon Gobbie!

lights came on this morning and as usual checking things out. My girlfriend noticed 2 white specs on the right side of one of my neon gobbies. The gobbie is a juvenile and about an inch long. The white specks almost resemble scales pulled back. Is this ich? Please tell me it isn't, I'm not prepared to deal with this yet :(

It may be ich although my Neon Goby had soemthing like what you are describing and nothing ever came of it. he had a whitish tint to him and a few spots like ich for over a month. then all of a sudden he got better. I would post this in the disease forum befor you do anything. i would hate for your fish to die just cause you thought he would be ok cause mine was. good luck!

NO BIG DEAL! I have 2 neon gobbies, and they are a "hoot" to watch. They are definitely a pair. The white spots that I saw must have been something he was eating that clinged on to him. They are very active with my other fish. They jump on the other fishes' back and nibble off any parasite. It is way cool and am very glad I took them home with me.
Again, they are both fine. It was me jumping to conclusions...
