My new 44g setup

Hey, new to the forums here and thought I would post some pics of my new 44g setup.
Have a quick question as well just started my cycle on friday, threw a medium sized shrimp in the tank and apparently I have a couple hitch hikers(crabs). They have almost eaten the whole shrimp in a day should I throw another in?

I'm going to have to say its a Xanthid. They look awefully similar. The one is about an inch and half across.
I'm guessing at some point i will have to try and remove them hey?
And should i throw another shrimp in after they have finished off the first one or no?

if they are bad i would remove them asp then let your tank do its thing you could setup a 10gallon tank and put the crabs in there for now then feed them

Speaking of unwanted crabs. Few months ago I caught a crab, sumped him. I am all happy, the three day hunt was over. The other day, in the tank, I found small shell, really small, of a crab that looks just like the one in the sump, but baby size. So, I am freaking out. What are the odds of a crab successfully reproducting in a tank? Or is it just an old shell?
