This is my new addition he is Mex Ray about 3 inches in diameter. For now he is in my reef tank until december so no worries or comments about space or care as I know quite well, I have done countless hours of research. Thank you PSUSOCR for the input the last time around

cool..i always liked seeing the rays. i dont have a big enough tank though. what size tank would they require? are they reef safe?

They will eat inverts if they can catch them, and I am keeping this one in a reef for now. 2 weeks from now I am picking up the tank thats going in my cafe its a 350G it will be the front counter. Right now he's in my 75G

the 350 will be nothing special I want alot of viewing room for my customers to see all the fish I am going to put 12 regular flourescent lights on just for good lighting with a small 100G flat sump I will also have about 75-100Lbs of live rock no more but I will take pics when I get that set up
(and i'm sure i'll be on here asking for advice :hilarious)
