pet and hobby is good. they know what they are talking about and have a gorgeous 650 gal tank in the middle of their store. they are a little pricey though but they have some nice things.
world wide aquariums, i would not buy a fish from them and they only have good corals sometimes. there drygoods are better priced than pet n hobby

You know whats wierd. I was looking at your profile and I seen u have a 55gal salt and 10gal fresh, Me too. And your favorite fish is the hippo tang, mine too. We both live in NC, Were both 14. Is your name Josh too? lol,

I know it would. I just got home from school not to long ago. So you say that one store has a 650gal reef tank. Man I beat thats awesome looking. I wouldnt ming going to it sometime. Where exactly is it?

Thanks alot. Dont u have a hippo tang in your 55gal? I really wont to get one for mine later on. But everyone tells me no. Have u had good luck with yours?

yep ive got a hippo and a yellow. they are doing great. the only problem i had was my hippo had a little bit of ich when i got him from the store, so i dosed kick ich, got a cleaner shrimp, and fed garlic and now he is fine. i love my hippo. he is gorgeous

i bought him when he was about 5 & 1/2 or 6 inches. now id say hes about 6 1/2 inches. i got him in january

The reason I asked was because I've seen some less than an inch big. I was thinking about getting one that size so I could hopfully keep him longer and also watch him grow.

ive heard that they dont do well when you get them that small. see if you can one a little bigger. like around 2 or 3 inches.but you could try a small one. you never know
