my new clown, occeleris?

I got a new clown in my 30-xtra high, with my royal gramma, they get along great, and i was told he was an oceleris, but i truely cant tell the diff. between oceleris and percs, so can you guys confirm this is an oceleris, because my bestest fake uncle plans on buying me another clown to go with him, and i want the same species obviously. Is he a misbar or somethin?, his middle stripe isn't complete?
