Going to start with a bunch of zoo frags I have been collecting in my nano and then will go from there. I have some firends that want to "rent" some space so I will get a chance to see what does best and is easiet to get going.

The Aquarium Company in Minnesota, built the tank and stand for me. They do very nice work. They were great in helping design the system.

goodwin, are you going to have only two returns on the one side? or are there some more on the other side...the guys that made my tank have returns like yours shooting back out in all four corners which seems to work nicely, at least for my tank.

Two pumps, two returns. Pumps produce 600 GPH which should provide plenty of flow.

RESURECTION!!!
So, any new pictures of this setup in action? ***)
Also, how do you like your Aqualight Pro? I just bought the 280W version of this 36" light. (1x150Watt MH and 2x65Watt Actinic PC)

Man I have seen some setups... although this is not huge its just different and a great idea. Instead of building top to bottom its left to right. Great compact design and sharp looking. Very nice man.... will ahve to consider for a coral frag set up!

Greg,
I think you have to start with a tank like his 600 gallon and then go down! Goodwin, how important do you think a skimmer is in a frag tank w/ no fish and frequent water changes? My frag set up is around 100G but I am not running a skimmer......yet.

I think that the skimmer is important. Here are a couple of pictures of mine on the frag tank. It's been about a week since the cup was emptied and cleaned.
