You need to give more info. on your tank. Size, lights, age of tank, what do you want to keep in your tank, etc...
To get rid of my cyno I cut back on the lights for a while, bumped up the water changes, and used ro/di water.
Personally I don't care for the sally lightfoot or the arrow crabs. I've had them get to aggressive. Hubbie has a couple of emerald crabs that do a great job cleaning up, although we did find one a couple of days ago pulling the tenicals off his elegance coral.

What size tank is this CUC for? Why don't you want bristle worms, they are good for your tank and the arrow crab is not..

The ONLY thing to help a cyano problem is water changes, good water flow, use Only RO water no tap or well water and don't overfeed.
Nothing eats Cyano that I know of. Some critters may pick at it but they can't clean it up.

I ahve had the tank for about a year but I bought it on creigslist and it was said to have been running for 2 years (3 in total)
the tank is 55 gallons
the nine fish I have in the tank + this stuff + maybe a few mushroom frags
my light is a 48" nova exterme pro floresent light which I have on for 12 hours a day (6 with coral lights aka actinics)
the bulbs are 54watt true lumens (any experiance with the brand)
I do use ro water now because my tapwater (which caused this by the way) had loads of phosphates
