My favorite corals on SWF's website are:
Frogspawn
Hammer
Hard Tube Coco Worm
Carnation
Fine Grape
Leather
Mushroom
Orange and Pink Finger
Plates
Sun Coral
Torch Coral
Yellow Polyps
Zoos...
Which of these are SPS's and which ones flat out do not like the each other?

None are SPS, I don't think SWF.com sells any SPS.
Basically, softie corals are all soft and have no hard solid parts. When they die they degrade and leave nothing behind on the rock. LPS corals have a hard calcium-based skeleton and soft fleshy tissue coming out from the skeleton. When these die, they leave behind the skeleton.
I'd advise against getting the carnation, they do not fair well in home aquariums. Also, make sure to space out the corals in the tank. IME frogspawns like to sting anything they can reach, and other LPS corals are similar in behavior. Sun corals need to be hand fed, each polyp, when they open about every other day. Keep them in the shade.

Viper,
Do any of these (or all of these) actually physically move in the tank? If they do, how do I keep them from stinging each other.
Do any of these guys pack any kid of wallop on humans? What does a typical coral eat?
When SWF mails you a coral, is it attached to a piece of rock? Or is it alone in a bag?
And then I can place it where I want?

none of those corals should hurt you however when handeling anything in your tank you should always where gloves for there safty and yours. certain zoos have been known to bother some people.
as far as i know none of those coral move.
i feed my corals phytoplankton and small meaty items for things like sun polyps

Did you just setup and finish the cycle of your tank recently? I'd recommend you just get coco worm, leather, finger, yellow polyps, and zoos first. Then in a few months you can oder the rest, they need more stable water parameters IMO.

I am not going to order them quite yet. I am expecting 70 more pounds of live rock early next week. Then I have to cycle all of that which will probably take me several weeks

like stated above i would ditch the carnation idea, next as far as care difficulty i would say is the sun polyps. not because they are hard but because also like stated above you must target feed EACH polyp. so most find it to be a real pain.
the torch/hammers/and frogspawn all have long sweeper that can come out at night so their placment is important.
all the others should do well assuming tank condition are good.
depending on which leathers are thinking about, light may not be all that great ither.
some may also need to be placed higher in the tank due to lack of light at the bottom.

toadstools if placed mid tank should do ok but they like light which you dont have to much of.
must corals come on a rock but some like super color ricordia and such come alone

the rocks will be small 1 to 4 inchs inches on average unless of course you by a very large coral.
as far of having to much rock you'll find you will remove some to make room for others

yep thats why i said place around mid tank.
most leathers are considered to be mod to high light.
i would say around the 3-4 watt range min but some keep them under less with no problem so what do i know lol
