My new Mushroom!!

i just got a new mushroom but i dont know what kind it is...its green and round and kinda has what i would call a mouth in the center...i put it in there and moved it around a couple times until it looked like it attached its side to so lr....is this normal

it did come on a piece of rock..but it like fell off of it or something because i put it in there on the rock and later found it on my sandbed...i just picked it up and moved it to my lr

what part of the mushroom do i tie it onto? This is all new to me so any info would help

Just get an old pair of pantyhose, and cut a strip off of them, and put it over the whole mushroom and tie it to the rock for a couple of days.
