Yeah, they say SW tanks are like Potato Chips you just cant have one. I have a 55g that I bought before the 75g and is sitting in a room, because I was going to set up a 55 first but wanted to do the 75 because of the real estate it has compared to the 55. At some point the 55 will be a SW tank too.. LOL That is the way I did it with the equipment I bought it a piece at a time when I had the money. I wouldnt go back and change the way I got it, and make sure you shop around to get the best price you can on it.

I love it...I would run some kind of extra filament (white floss) to try and get some of the cloudy cleared better. I ran a canister filter for my 30g long when I first set it up to clear it. 10gs makes a big difference doesn't it?, LOL...now you have double the space.
Let me see if I have some beginning pictures of that tank. This is before the canister filter (3 days it looked like this)

Two hours after the canister was running

LOL...thanks, but you can't even see it now. The coral and macroalgae all kind of hide it...but it sure saved room in the tank by not having to pile all the rock on the bottom. 30g longs are very narrow...12 inches. If I ever need to replace my 90g..I think I will do a rock wall on it too, it's great for putting coral on the wall ledges.
