My new orange betta

I just got this one yesterday, very pretty, but still shy. I did a search, and found out that it is somewhat rare. It is totally orangy tangerine color. I can't wait for it to fill out. I lost my 4 yr old betta.....yes, you read right....4 plus yrs old, a few months ago and have been looking for something different. My other one was so big and had such long fins that it was a chore to swim around. The fins were extremely long. I can't wait for this one to develop like that. Here are a few pics to show its color strain. I can only hopes it lives that long!!

Just your typical fish store. I went in for frozen fish food, and came out with food and a betta!! He is really pretty in person, these pics really don't show off his colors. When he comes around, I will try to get one of him flaring up. Awesome!!

Nice find!!
I try to keep away from the betta cup aisle because I find myself pity buying lol....It's nice to see one going to a REAL home like your tank
(I have one in a 55gal planted tank - talk about a real estate upgrade for him!)
