yes that right.
i guess i was unsure of where the best area would be to have the best exit into the pump, i guess i can see the bottom would make more sence to bring the water from the bottom of the tank to the top...if that makes sence

looks like hair algea to me. I really like how you made two rock structures instead of making one giant rock wall.

Thanks, how much rock does that look like to you? That is only the leftover rock from my 55g. I have not aquascaped yet.

Wow. I wouldn't even know how to start something like that. I would just take a tank, some sand, some LR, and a cannister filter and some PH's and put it all together.
But I bet it will be wonderful!!!

Alright, I have finally added the sand and live rock after buying some from PSUSOCR1. I have aquascaped....i think....and I will post pictures tomorrow once everything has settled. I will be selling off some excess LR and LS too.

Any updates on this tank? Looks good, I just got a bigger tank and am going to put a CL in it and looking for ideas....Love yours, but I can't drill mine from the bottom.....

Finally the tank is done. I have taken care of so many other things and finally I have finished the tank. These are pictures of the end product. Please read my entire thread to learn how this tank is automated and worry free. Now I get to finally start concentrating on stocking it. I just need to wait for the chemi-clean dose to finish off that cyano bacteria!

One word, well 2 actually, AWESOME SETUP!
, I read your whole thread and am looking forward to seeing more pics of your tank in the future. Did you ever get you Solaris fixed. If I was paying that for a light, it better work(100%). Anyway, I love the tank and am totally jealous. Keep up the good work.

Thank you all for the comments, its nice to hear after all this work. Yes solaris is running without problems and I really think in retrospect that the issues came during shipping, but maybe not. I would still recommend them and may soon be upgrading to something unheard of in the fall. Will post more pictures when I get more livestock...for some unknown reason my anemone blew up last night. I know he was healthy and looking good last night and this morning, pieces of him were everywhere...but at least it provided food for my shrimp. Ordered another because my clown is sad.
