My New Tank

Heres my tank, i just started but my fish are dieing by the dozen each night, I check on my tank after my CAL-I matches and the fish are floating... Should i get a heater for my tank?
How long should I wait until I eat these fish? My kids are begging me every day to fry one up, what kind of sauce would you marinade a Trigger fish in?

I also caught a 100 lb tuna fish, im thinking about throwing him in my tank. Any suggestions?
