My new tank

Here is my new tank which has been running for about 3 weeks. Cleanup crew of 30-40 crabs, 8 snails and 2 shrimp have done a good job for the past week. Will start with two clowns in a week or so.
I also received my new mega light system. Current USA outer orbit with 2 250w MH and 4 blue actinic and leds. This thing is huge.
I also having issues with these lights heating up the tank. I just tried unplugging the heater when the lights are on but the temp is at 82 degrees.
Also having micro bubble problems with the overflow. Tried ripping the filter in half adjusting water levels. Nothing seems to help.
Looking for good or bad comments on this setup.

do you have the glass tops on cant tell by the pic of so take them off if they are already off if there is an adjustment to raise the lights a little bit more off the water that will help if not you can get some small fans to blow under the lights and that will help it may take a combination of these to effectively keep the temp stable.
What is your night time temp at?

is this pverflow going to a sump? if so do you have bubbles in the sump?

I removed the glass tops when I put the new light hood on. I knew it was going to create additional heat. I turned off the heater for one entire night (no fish in there yet) and the temp dropped to about 75 degrees. This was the first night though so I will have to monitor this. Is that too much of a drop from 80 during the daylight lamps?
I do not have a sump. The bubble diffuser is on the inside top of the tank which is overflowing.
Thanks for your response

i had the same problem with my skimmer, i ripped that pad thing in half and just let it run like that for about a week and it quit, only time i get micro bubbles now is during feeding time when the skimmer pulls the food out of the water...

If your tank is running at 80 with the lights on, then put your heater in and set it for 79 or 80. This will keep the temp from fluctuating to much. 80 is not a problem for the tank. Fluctuation is. It causes a lot of stress on the system. You could look for a fan like this:

It work great on my 180 with my 3x250 lights over the top. It will blow the heat away from the tank. And with eggcrate over the top you should be good.
