My new tank!!

Hey all, I am new to all this saltwater stuff. Bradttu got me interested though, and I picked up this 125 Oceanic tank, stand, pumps for $300.
We have been cleaning the past couple of days, the guy that had it was using it for a freshwater setup. We cleaned the tank with vinegar and about gagged. Note: vinegar smells horrible.
Would anyone happen to have the skew # for Southdown at Home Depot?

Welcome to the SWF board! Nice tank. That's gonna look really good when you get it up and running. What kind of tank do you have planned, FO, FOWLER, or Reef? Southdown isn't available everywhere. It seems to be more common on the east coast. Sorry I don't know the skew#. I know I've seen it posted here. Try doing a search using the button at the top right hand corner of the page.

It's actually not as close to that wall as it looks.

Did you ask if they ever used copper base medicince whilke it was a freshwater tank?
If not you'll probally want to test for copper once its filled. It can get in the seams and leach back out over time killing inverts.
