Last week end I bought and moved a 90 Reef that had been set up for several years, but not very well maintained over the past several months. Here is what I have:
90 gal Drilled w/ corner O/F
Wet/Dry
Berlin Skimmer
100 lbs LR
75 lbs LS
2x250 MH
2x48" T-12's
Koralia 3 PH
Combined Fish From my old 55 and this new 90:
6 PJ Cardinals
3 adult engineer Goby's (at lease 5" long each)
1 large true Perc Clown
1 small False Perc Clown
1 Yellow Tang
3 Blue/green Chromis
1 Shrimpgoby
1 Flame Hawk
1 huge Brittle star
1 Cleaner Shrimp
1 CB Shrimp
Assorted Hermit crabs and snails.
Brain Coral, Cabbage, Finger, assorted Mushrooms.
I really would like to focus over the next several months on adding some colorful corals, but I want to make sure the tank is stable and the flow and lighting is appropriate. I think I’m OK with the lights, but I am worried about the flow. I wanted to get some opinions on how to increase flow with out adding a bunch of Power-heads, and also, if I should reduce the number of fish. I put some pics up tonight.
Thanks
