my order

I got my order yesterday the live rock was ok and the aragonite sand was ok but believe it or not they (swf.com) sent my live sand fedex groung 5-7 days!!! So now i can look forward to tearing my tank up again when i order sand from someone else. When i order ls and pay for 2nd day i expect to get it second day. I am going to order it from fishsupply.com. good amounts and good prices.

Did you call them to find out why they shipped it ground? I would have been on the phone pronto! Give them a chance to make it right first before you give up on them, I have never heard of anyone having this happen.

You ever think Fed Ex is the problem and not SWF.. Before you go bashing I would check on that..
On a personal note. I would like to take this oppertunity to thank SWF for this board and for the Many, many healthy creatures I have ordered form them and have arrived on time and alive. Not to mention the prices on their reef packages. Awsome! I have never been more pleased with the livestock and quality of my tank mates!

<img src="graemlins//mischievous.gif" border="0" alt="[Mischievous]" /> i called them three times on thursday and friday and got no replys. i also called fedex and questioned them, they said thats what the order says so thats what they did. so at least i know its not fedex its swf. i am not bashing them but i am royally pissed. i dont like having to disrupt my tank and keep adding things that will spike my tank. my critters dont deserve that.

well at least you placed the order they wont even let me do that they wont help on emailing me either. but i do thank them for this site but i really nead a clean up crew!!!! i would'nt worry about the sand though (unless it smells)but they should give you a good discount!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where is the phone number for this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is too long for rock. I would send it back. Only get rock delivered overnight.
