This always happens if you have more than one.
They carry the eggs for 25 - 30 days. They will turn from green to beige a few days before they hatch.
You should expect the Shrimp to perch in a high current area about 1 or 2 hours after lights out. It will release the larvae, they will float around until the fish, corals, and powerheads eat them all.
Raising them is very time consuming but it can be done.
Just know that your shrimp are healthy and your fish and coral will be getting a treat every month. You'll soon notice that both of your shrimp are carrying eggs.
If you happen to have only one, then it will stop producing young in a couple of months.
