I also had some losses since I haven't been on here. I lost all 4 clams in my 55 gal. It was the damn emerald crabs. I couldn't catch him. He would see me coming and craw into a hole on my 20 lbs. piece of LR that I couldn't take out of the tank. I lost 2 Maximas(4"/5") and 2 deresa(3"x2) clams. I ended up catching one off the crabs, when I pulled what was left of oone of them he was clinging on the foot munching away. He got a nice freshwater bath for good. Live and learn I guess what this all means.
It sure would be nice if they all could learn what p***es us off (and so would know what not to do or eat).
