oh man the other day i was transfering my coral banded shrimp into my tank and when i caught him with the net both of his large pinchers fell off. I am about 99% sure that i didnt knock them off or anything. has anyone had this happen? can they like just drop claws as a defense mechanism or something or whats the deal. i thought he might die after that happened but he is doing great in the new tank. very active and is eating all the time. he just uses his smaller pinchers now. will the big ones regenerate or what is the deal???? :notsure:
are you serious, they just grow back like overnight one night or what. that sounds pretty crazy but awesome. thanks guys, i feel better about the little guy already
