I'm not an expert on anemonies, but I do know that not all clownfish will host something..."aquacultured" fish are even more less likely to host an anemone
just my .02

u know.. clowns dont only host anemomes.. they host other corals like toadstools... polypes... and a whole lot more... an almost anything is easier to care for then a anenome..( and clams)..... so try something els..

There is no truth behind the 'aquacultured clown will not go into a host anemone' - you are not going to stop millions on years of evolution by raising a few fish in a tank.
Since you have a maroon you are in luck they tend to be the easiest. I had a pair of maroons that would go into anything and do the little dance.
However anemonies are very difficult to keep alive in aquariums - don't do buying one just because of Nemo... Make sure you tank is stabile enough to handle one before you get one. There are tank raise bubble-tips that would probably work for you... but there is no 100% chance that because you buy one the fish are going to go into it.

good info , so my maroon will host corals also ....... that would be a good way to go because i am just getting my feet wet with the reef setup . , its also good to hear the Aquacultered BTA are a good way to go because i read that maroon clowns like the BTA and the magnifacent , and also a couple of other people told me that BTA are good beginer anem's but they have to be AC'd , so anyway thanks for steering me in the right direction guys .......... i think that im gonna go with some corals first cause the whole rock flower anemone thing just didnt work, I also belive that what i have is a peach sabea and was wrongly identified buy the LFS , arent sabea for experts and need really strong lighting like MH

My clown hosts my frogspawn (despite anemones in the tank) and IMO frogspawn is pretty easy, and most poeple (not saltwater fish people) who see my tank think my frogspawn is an anemone. I'm not super good with the digital but here's a shot
