My Queen anthias finally ate something besides cyclopeeze!

I have had him for about a month now and all he would eat is cyclopeeze until today. He is a full grown fish and eating such small foods was driving us crazy since our lyretail eats everything. I was really worried that he couldn't survive on it. I just got some live brine shrimp, soaked it in vitamins and garlic and he went crazy over it
Hopefully he will start taking phyto plankton and mysis next. Here's a few pics of my handsome man.

Beautiful! And congrats on getting him to start eating meaty food -- you've won the battle, so to speak. Hopefully he takes to other stuff, too.

cyclopeeze is/was perfectly adequate and simulates their natural diet (cept your zooplankton is dead lol). Be good if you get it eating mysis though. I doubt you'll ever get it to eat phyto. vitamin soaks (with saltwater lipids and/or fatty acids) often stimulate anthias to eat.

I put some mysis in the tank this morning and he ate them! But tonight he really shocked me. I put phyto plankton in for the other fish, and he ate that also
