My Reef

Here is some pics of my 46 gallon bow. The diatoms on the substrate is a on going problem that WILL NOT go away. The tint of brown is due to a nuisance Zenia (or however you spell it) that is taking over and in my opinion VERY ugly. I run PC's and I wish all of my coral was doing as well as my Candy Cane because the stuff won't stop growing. Star polyps too are healthy and just keep on going. I will soon be upgrading to a 120 Reef which is a major project that will all be plumbed one floor down, in the basement.

The maroom looks like it is getting pretty big already. Gonna be the devil if you try to add more fish at this point, nasty little suckers they can be if they have established a territory.
Tank looks very nice, well done my friend.

LOL, Hence the reason he is the only fish I have had for the past year. His time will come when I set up the 120. Either I will give him to LFS or he will have to accept friends in the larger tank.

The main chunk of it in the front was positioned that way. The piece growing in the back is just it taking over.

Nice tank! Love the blasto merletti and the favia. Our Candy cane is the same way. We regularly have to frag some off, the stupid heads choke each other out...
