Following along too. Like Gemmy, I'm a picture kind of person as well so don't leave us hanging. That's no set up for a household with children or furry pets that shed, but it sure is fantastic looking.
I love how the fish can swim all the way around instead of back and forth like a caged lion.

That is so dang cool. Only thing is kids would stick their fingers all over the water. Still a very cool tank.
thanks, lol actually my tank is going in my room so no kids will be here :)

Sorry Nissan, I meant the zero tank with the water flowing down the outside of the tank. Thats not to say that your tank wont be worth sticking fingers in.

The rock in the center is what I did on my 90g so the tangs had swim room. You can't even tell from looking at it because of how I set it up, but the back doesn't have the same room as the front...your planned set up is really awesome...so I'm just waiting on the updates to see how it all turns out.

I don’t understand, what did I miss? The pictures didn’t show any holes at all. If you drilled them, didn’t you know where you wanted them? Can you seal those holes and drill other holes? Can you run PVC pipe and still have everything in the center?

you can see the holes there flower, i knew were i wanted the holes but the bad part was we totally ignore about the fish swimming from the back. i guess cause i wanted a big open front,
its fine though, the fish will have lots of space to swim :)

Apologies I thought that was just an example you were showing on how you were going to drill, I didn’t realize you had actually drilled those holes in the new tank.
So will your tank will be similar to my own set up, mine has the rock is in the center, but the back has a little less swim space. Placing the volcano in the center as much as possible… OR…will you just put the volcano in the back?

what are you worried about? that the fish wont be able to get around the back of the tank because of the overflow box?
