Both of your tanks are simply stunning. If anyone needs proof that you don't have to have metal halides to run a long term succesful sps tank you have done it. That is amazing.

What kind of sps coral is that in post #11, picture #4? I've seen one of those at the LFS and I really like the look of it.

Awesome tank. I was wondering about your Rics? Are they living directly on your sandbed?

Thanks for the props, I run VHO on both my tanks and always have. My clams, LPS, and SPS all seem to do fine.

That is the ORA Birds nest. It is a fast grower and very healthy.

The rics that I have in the 55 gal tank I sell and send everywhere. I have them grow out on my rubble bottom. People seem to like it because they are attached to small pieces of rock and are easily glued down when they get them. That way you don't loose them and you don't have to try all the tricks to get them to stay.

Here are a few more coral colonies that I have, unfortunatly I am running out of room in my tanks and might have to start moving out some of the larger ones. :(

If you ever want to frag those Acans count me in. those are amazing

I usually frag just about everything in my tank, but my Acans and Micros scare me to frag. Those crazy things cost so much that I have been very gun shy about those.

Don't get me wrong, the corals look great, but it looks more like a mixed reef more than a SPS tank.
Yea I do still have some softies, Zoos and a few shrooms. Some of the pics that I posted are from the other tank. In the end I only want SPS, LPS and different zoos.

any new additions?

Nope, I just got back from vacation on Monday. I think that I need to do some major fragging before I add anything new. I will probably put some frag packs together this weekend and see what I can do to get them sold and shipped next week.
