My stuff arrived dead

yesterday my shipment came from this site and half of my stuff survived. My CBS and snails died but my hermit crabs and emerald crab survived.
What can I do???

Contact SWF immediately to let them know what has happened.

I know that, but its been about 24 hours and my snails havent moved, my cbs has been in the same place since I put him in there, and when I tried adding my clownfish (who seemed dead) he just floated.

Just e-mail them with your order number. I had some stuff arrive dead from SWF.com as well, but once I e-mailed them, they were quick and easy to deal with. They gave me a credit for my stuff with no questions asked. In fact, when I placed my next order, I had lost my last order number and they STILL replaced the stuff wwitht he new order. They really do take care of you.

go ahead and tell them about the fish anyways, I had some stuff come in dead and they never asked me to send the dead stuff back.

It's friggin cold outside! Of course a lot of things won't survive this. Wait till a warm front moves in then make an order. Those delivery trucks are not heated.
