My Sump redesign

So I recently bought an established tank and did not like the design of the sump. The sump is a 55 gallon long and had 3 chambers. The sump supply was coming in on both ends of the tank and the return pump and skimmer was in the middle.
I drained the sump and removed the baffles. I moved the skimmer to the first chamber along with both supplies (installed shut off valves for these) . I cut the first baffle down to 7 inches to keep a constant and optimal level in the skimmer portion. The next baffle was for the bubble trap and then the other went to the refugium. The refugium is about 7 inches deep and 18 inches long and 12 inches wide. Then it spilled over to the return pump.
I let the silicone sit over night to cure up.
Here are the before and after pics.

Looks good. I'm sure your skimmer will work much better now that it will have a constant water level
