my tank is green, what is going on?

hi, my tank always stays green after i clean it a day later its green again. i bought two starfish, a brittle, and a hard back and they all died in 2 days. my fish don't look healthy either. i have a clown and a damsel. i have the filter that is on the bottom. please help

I hope you have mor than just an under gravel filter in their if not you will be in big trouble.have your water checked and then do a 25% water change... you could use a few turbo and astre snails in it ...how long do you leve on the lights???[
