my tank is seeing first ich outbreak HELP!

I set up a 10 gallon tank and getting ready to start hyposalinity.
Is a 10 gallon enough for a 3 inch kole tang and a 2 inch flame angel?Its all i got for a hospital
Contents of tank
1 maxijet 1200 PH
1 penguin 125 biofilter
1 heater set for 80 degree
Am i missing anything?

yes the water is cycled it is water from main tank I will put in some cover thanks

the tang is still alive but ich got the best of the flame angel

Now i'm seeing ich on the clown!!!
Should i just put all fish in the hp and dose it with malachite green?????

How exactly are you treating the fish? Please give details.
I'm moving this to the Disease Forum. Please read the post on Ich in the FAQ sticky in the Disease Forum.
Also, add 2-3 cups of sand from your display into the QT.

Beth.. i have read alot of your posts and i am using hypo and soaking their food in garlic. seems to be working!

beth..I don't have a refractometer, i have the salinity at 1.016 according to the hydometer.(leaving a buffer) will that be enough to kill the ich thats now laying at the bottom of the tank/ when they become free swimming?

Indeed!
What kind of hydrometer are you using. You can't use the swing arm, but you can try the glass. You have to go all the way down. A little hypo won't cure it.
Think about getting a refract.
Did you add PVCs?

Vacuum all of that up and out ASAP.
