i wouldn't put the hippo in there, way too small for them. i would also choose between getting either the yellow tang or the foxface cause they are too similar to eachother and i'm sure the yellow tang is gonna duke it out with him and stress the foxface out. just my opinion but i think the yellow tang could go in that size tank without problems as long as you have good water flow in the tank.

If you find the tangs small, go for it a yellow and a regal would be fine for some time (year or two) just moderate their feedings really well then when they get to about 5 inches or so upgrade your tank or trade them in for some new babies

Just an opinion but a cool little fish that will add some color is a six-line wrasse...very interesting ***)

here is what i have in my 75 gallon reef tank...
1 neon blue goby
3 blue/green chromis'
2 chocolate clowns
1 carpenters flasher wrasse
1 mandarin
1 flame angel
all of my fish seem to get along very well.. they hang out together ALOT!
the flame was just added yesterday

and i am considering adding one more fish, but i am going to be VERY picky with that one!
a book that would help you out in choosing a fish is:
"A PocketExpert Guide Reef Aquarium Fishes 500+ Essential-To-Know Species" by Scott W. Michael

I'm a big fan of wrasses, in general. Such a wide variety, it'd be hard to choose.
I have a Fairy Wrasse who is my newest and favorite fish. Habits, temprament, everything about him is cool. Very eyecatching, also.
As to the tangs, they are awesome fish and might "live" okay in your tank, but quality of life will suffer, IME. They like to swim. Alot. Silly here, but Dory from Nemo, her song "Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming"? Well, she's a hippo and that is what they do. It will drive you insane. Better put a race track in the tank.
