Well here my tank as of now.

The rock was a christmas gift from my dad.

And here my friends christmas gift i got him hooked on swf he is almost as hooked as me he loves his tank and the day after christmas i have to go help him pick out a filter and help him put it all together.

and also my friend has a 55 and is makin it agressive and wants to know how much lr to put in there?Any suggestions will help. Thanks in advance.

Nice looking tank! Good luck setting it up.
Usually 1-1.5 pounds of live rock per gallon of live rock is recommended.
