those look like air bubbles. YOu have to top off your tank, because water evaporates. When you do this, add freshwater (Because salt doesn't evaporate with the water) do this until the bubbles stop, and then some more.
As for the cleanup crew, i disagree with drew. A cleaup crew is exactly what it sounds. It cleans up after fish, eating leftover food, some algae, and waste that the fish emit. I'd say add a fish, and a small cleanup crew, maybe a cleaner shrimp, some hermits, and some snails.
Wait a month between each fish addition.

Freshwater as in RO water. Not tap water!

ok so i just adD FEWSHWATER UNTIL IT TOPS OFF MY TANK??? AND THAN THE BUBBLES WILL GO AWAY OR DO IHAVE TO KEEP MAKING WATER CHANGES...SORRY DIDNT UNDERSTAND...

Your water level looks alittle low and ALSO the skimmer will expel micro bubbles for up to 2 weeks as it breaks in. After that the bubbles should go away.

okit than....just top off my tank and will waait to see if the bubbles going away....
and also i did my readings yesterday and the nitrate just went sky high to 80 on the 4th day
ph 8.0, anm 0.50, nitrite 2.0 and nitrate 80
should i make water change????
