Narsis snails are cool too. When you feed they just come up out of the sand, people love to watch it!!

i have a few of those. and a few astreas. my sand just looks bare and i want some action there until i can get some corals to go there. how well do sally light foots hold up?

I don't know much about sally light foots tbh...but I really love my emerald crab and he is a fantastic algae eater. He cleaned my 29 gallon up by himself in less than a week. they are cool to watch.....while he eats he scratches his little hairy legs...ha ha...I also know they are not aggressive toward anything else...so very reef safe!

yea i used to have one of those. i think there very cool too. fun to watch. i just know that the sallys like to stay on the bottom so im not sure yet
but thank you. im goin to see what the lfs has and ill have to make a decision

i recently moved the tank around to try to get all of my corals to fully open. i ctually did it some number of days ago but was too busy to snap a picture but here is and updated photo.

hey everybody! sorry its been a while since ive been on. i was out of town for ssometime and i wasnt able to get on. i recently took some pictures of my updated tank...
i made some MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR changes and im 1000% happier with the tank. please let me know what you think of the changes from the most recent pics until now.

this is after 5 days when i bought 2 more pieces of rock to complete the aquascape

this is the most recent picture of the tank
as you can see im pretty happy about it!!!

this it the most recent coral i bought that i think the color on is awesome!

(you can see the tentacles extended too!)

i just got another colony of zoas today with some amazing color. i just put them in so ill take a pictue when they are all opened up

can anyone tell me why my cup coral wont open? when i bought it it was full and ever since ive had it it hasnt opened once
anyone have any suggestions?

THANKS!! i 've done a lot of work on it recently taking all the rocks out and everything. im a lot happier with it now! i've had it for...2 months... guesstimating lol

thanks! hey i just read in another one of your post that your going to be studying or are studying marine bio? im majoring in marine bio with a double minor in zoology and marine zoology!

thats where my cousin goes and im more than likely going to be headed there soon! he says he likes it a lot and i looked there last time i was in florida. im pretty excited.
but anyways ive had it in for maybe 2 months and it still looks the same as it did when i first put it in.
