My trigger has gone insane...Help?

I have a 300 Gallon with S Tang, E Shark, Bamboo shark, Orange Tusk, and a Q Angle and a Picasso Trigger and a Hermit crab.
What levels are dead on. All the fish are fine, BUT My Picasso has gone insane. He is trying to it but moves around in quick short spurts and tries to constantly lock himself into place. He truly acts as if he is insane. He use to have a great personality and within the last week he has gone nuts. I don't know what to check. Like I said, the water is fine, I checked for stray voltages, my sharks would have been dead by now if I had something really out of whack.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

stray voltage and meg amps (current) is good thinking. do you suppose he could be trying to shake a parasite?

No one is messing with him. I could transfer him to another tank I have. He has been in this tank for about a year.
It could be a parasite I guess, but why wouldn't someone else have it and if it was then how would I know. Nothig about hum physically looks weird.
